30th Anniversary Party Planning
Your 30th anniversary is coming up, and you really need to get to party planning. This once in a lifetime event is one you should make sure to remember. Don't let party planning get you down as an impossible problem. You don't need to have the best party; you just have to have a fun one.
For a 30th anniversary the theme is of course pearls, and as such you should use a pearly white theme, with pearls. The main gift should be one you pick yourself, but for the themes you can have fake pearls used in the decorations, say glued or stringed on.
Decorations are easy, banners, streamers, posters, wall prints, confetti, and so on are all readily available, you can even make your own. Even something as simple as a strip of paper with glue drops that resemble pearls will do as a makeshift wall border. The standard party supplies you will need are paper cups, paper plates, plastic utensils, etc.
Developing a plan is pretty simple; you first start by making a list of the things you want. This should usually start off as broad categories and themes, like invite guests and have a pearl theme. Then for each category you can then sub-plan it and so on till you have you self an easy list of instructions and materials to put together. Finally decide on what the most important parts are and do those first, you don't want to run out of time or resources on those. |
