Add a decorative homemade baseball party banner welcoming guests to the baseball theme party. Making a homemade baseball is incredibly simple and requires little more than a few arts & crafts materials to complete. To begin, determine the length of the banner to ensure it is long enough to cover the desired area. Once the length of the banner is known then begin the homemade baseball process. For a simple, yet attractive baseball banner cut out baseballs from white card stock paper. Use clip art images, a baseball picture, or a black white circle on the card stock. For those who do not have a printer use a compass to draw circles on the card stock paper and cut around the edges to make the circle. All the baseballs need the red stitching so draw the stitches on with pencil first then with marker. Add more flare to the banner by drawing the stitching on the baseball the apply glue over the pencil. Add red glitter to the glue when its wet and let dry before hanging. To hang the baseballs to form the banner punch holes in the sides of the baseballs with a hole puncher. Tie the baseballs together use string, ribbon or even red shoe laces to represent the shoes laces on baseball shoes. Once the banner is tied together hang in the appropriate area and a simple homemade banner is done. Add welcome greetings and happy birthday wishes to the baseballs by cutting out letter from card stock and gluing them on the baseballs as well.
