BBQ Party Planning
Time to fire up the grill and have a good old BBQ party. BBQ party planning is no mean feat, it sounds easy at first though. Meat, friends, drink, outdoors, and so on. But actually getting everything together, making sure that you have enough food that won't spoil or go to waste, etc. can be rather complicated. Or not. It's all in how you plan for everything; a good plan with a checklist is always good and easy.
Alright first things first, who, what, where, why, and when must be considered. You will need a place for this BBQ party, usually outdoors. Backyards and parks are great. You will need to know who is coming, so you have enough food, drinks and space. You will need to know when, preferably sometime without rain. What and why? Food for the sake of food sounds good to me. Or you know, to get together with friends and family. You've now solved the biggest problems in BBQ party planning.
Now the minor details, the stuff. Most important will be the food. BBQ parties tend to have a good deal of meat, pork chops, steak, burgers, hot dogs, and a lot of chips. Don't forget the drinks. Just make certain you have enough for all, but not too much too stuff in a fridge when you're done. You'll also need place mats, napkins, paper cups and plates, forks, spoons, table mats, paper weights for the wind, etc. You may even want to bring some decorations along, like a nice BBQ banner. Enjoy! |
