You can play as if someone who gets caught in the doghouse gets a prize or, you can play as if someone gets caught in the doghouse, they are out of the game. It is always recommended that when playing with very young children, they get a prize rather than stop playing the game.
Another Blues Clues game can be a scavenger hunt like on the Blues Clues show. You can have children go around with their handy dandy notebook and draw out objects they see alongside their scavenger hunt. This adds a little more fun to the traditional game.
