Welcome party guests with homemade banners that are as impressive as the largest, most ferocious dinosaurs who ever lived. Clip art images of various dinosaurs on card stock can easily be made to create an awesome banner. T-Rex, Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Velociraptor and many more dinosaurs can be printed from clip art images onto card stock. Once the images are printed (either cartoonish like or more realistic), then punch holes in the corners of the paper with a hole punch. Then, use ribbon or string to tie the paper together and hang. Another option is to print black and white images of dinosaurs and have the birthday boy or girl color the dinosaurs in. the colors and patterns that can be used for a dinosaur banner are limitless. Use rectangle, circular, oval, square, or misshapen cut outs with dinosaurs images or lettering in the center. Create dinosaurs shapes from various craft papers such as floral paper, metallic paper, and vellum paper. Trace the dinosaurs on the craft paper and cut off the excess paper. Once cut, glue the dinosaurs on a contrasting background, punch the holes in the paper, tie with ribbon and hang.
