Football Party Planning
Football Party Planning Guide
Planning a football party does not require a lot of time but the outcome can be huge. Football parties allow for friends and family to come together and enjoy a game of football whether on TV or in person.
The first step to football party planning is to decide the location of the party. You can watch a football game in front of the big screen, assemble a tailgate party at a live game or even rent a space in a local sports bar to have your party.
Next, you will want to make sure you have plenty of finger foods and drinks. If you have it at a sports bar location, ask to set out appetizers or set up a buffet style meal. If you are choosing to do the football party at your home, some favorite choices are cocktail hotdogs cooked in barbeque sauce, mini bagel pizzas, hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill, veggie platter, chips and dip, cheese platters and more.
You will also need to determine how many people will come to your party and make sure to have plenty of seating for all your guests. Be sure to arrange seating so everyone can see the television. Finally, be sure to have party favors that make a lot of noise and team spirit decoration. The noise makers will be used by party guests when their team scores and adds an element of fun to the whole football party event.
