What better way to celebrate the love of the game of football, along with a person’s birthday, then by throwing he or she a wonderful combo party complete with homemade banners, centerpieces, and party favors. Why have an ordinary birthday when theme parties are so much more fun. welcome guests and wish the celebrant the best wishes with a wonderful handmade football banner. Print out various football images on card stock paper such as footballs, football helmets, shoes, goal posts, shoulder pads, and the celebrant’s favorite team logo. Print the images on card stock and cut out using scissors or an exacto knife. Once the images are printed and cut, it is then time to string together. Tie the images together by cutting holes in the corners or on the sides of the images, and using shoelaces, tie the images together. when the images are securely tied, hang the banner in the desired area of the party. Those who wish to add a decorative element around the entire party area then cut and tie enough football images to reach the four corners of the party room (if the party takes place in a living room for example).
For a children’s football theme party, cut out various football clip art images (cartoonish) from card stock paper and string together. If the young celebrant is on a football team, use the celebrant’s football picture and implement it on a professional player’s body for fun (requires some photo editing knowledge). Once the celebrants face is on the professional player’s body, print the image out on card stock, cut, and tie together.
