Golf Party Planning Guide
Your golf themed party can be a hit with some minimal planning and a good imagination!
Start with the invitations for your gold themed birthday. You can plan to buy invitations or you can make them yourself. If you decide to make them yourself, you can make golf ball shaped invitations out of card stock. You can even make other shapes such as golf tees, golf pants, shirts and even golf carts.
Your decorations should include your themes colors which would typically be green for the grass, white for the golf ball, accents of black and plaid if you want to throw in some fun. You can also use yellow to represent the sun and add a little color kick.
You can choose to plan your golf party at an actual golf course, or for a child’s golf party, you could choose to have it at a miniature golf course or create a golf course at home. Whichever route you take, make sure you have at least 9 holes for people to play.
For a special touch make or buy a golf themed cake. You can even choose to make cupcakes as an alternative to the cake. Add golf tees, plastic golf balls and more to the cupcakes to give them a theme. You can also have a green cake which represents the grass, a few decorated golf holes and a mini tee, golf club and golf ball in the center of the cake or off to the side.
Send your guests home with party favors such as a set of golf balls, a tee and one golf ball, golf hats and more!
