The movie Madagascar can be turned into a fun party with just a little party planning. First, you will want to decorate and turn your backyard into a Madagascar fun land! Include many vines, greenery, plastic animals and anything else jungle like you can get your hands on. The more jungle like you make it, the more realistic it will be for your guests.
Like the movie, you will want to incorporate songs that get you moving like “I like to Move It”! This will make sure guests are constantly on their toes. Add a few games in the mix such as Limbo and Twister! Your guests will recognize these games and they work for just about any age range and group of people. Keep the music going through the games!
The events should take place outside and a tikki hut would be a great addition to act as a concession stand. You can turn any plain table into a tikki hut. Simple put a grass skirt around it, put two poles on the side, a pole going across the top and then hang a grass skirt on the top pole! It is that simple and will add a huge decoration anchor to your party!
Finish the party off by offering your guests a party favor. You can give them a cocnut drink holder, a party bag, a spiffy new hat or anything in between. Have fun in the sun with your Madagascar party and let the party planning just go with the flow!
