New Years Eve is the perfect time for a rollicking festive party; especially one which comes complete with some homemade party banners.
Handmade party banners for a New Years Eve festivity should be bright and bold, with splashy colors such as red, purple, bright green, azure blue, gold, and silver predominating. Add party supplies like sparkles, confetti and stickers for extra effect; just make sure that the banner is a big, glittery mess by the time you are done.:)
A homemade party banner for a New Years Eve fest also could depict the typical symbols that one associates with this lively holiday. These could include air horns, the Times Square Ball, champagne glasses, party hats, wine bottles, etc. One might even combine a number of these symbols into a vibrant night time city scene across the surface of the banner; perhaps even one that depicts the happy madness of Times Square on a typical New Years Eve.
A more basic New Years Eve handmade banner could boast a message written in vivid, modern art style script against a plain background. This banner could be paper or tissue, and could convey a message such as “Happy New Year!” “Party in the New Year,” etc.
The host even could create a decorative homemade New Years Eve banner that depicts the symbolic arrival of the new year. At the far left of the banner the host could draw a picture of Father Time; then, on the far right, he/she could render the likeness of the New Years Eve baby.
