Celebrate everything pink with the inclusion of homemade party decorations such as banners, fancy (yet simple) centerpieces, party favors, and plenty of good friends and family members. Girls love pink (well most) that is a fact so throwing a pink party is a basic idea but tons of fun to do. Use various handmade party supplies and decorations to put one’s own artistic statement on the party without resorting to generic party decorations.
Every party needs a welcoming banner and a pink theme party is no exception to this rule. Use various arts & crafts materials (pink of course) to make a wonderfully decorated party banner. Cut out circles, squares, or other shapes from pink card stock, or craft paper, and tie together using pink, white, or black ribbon to hold paper together. For birthday pink parties, cut out lettering in white and apply it over the pink colored paper with glue. Since a pink party should be as fab as possible add white black, silver or pink glitter to the card stock paper as well. Add pink feathers around the edges of the card stock. Pink boas can easily be turned into homemade pink banners too.
Large homemade pink banners can be made from banner paper with various decorative elements paint on or cut from card stock as well. Welcome guests with warm messages such as Pretty in Pink, It’s a Pink Party!, and Everything Is Better In Pink. Creating homemade banners and other party decorations as a family is a great way to prepare for the party but also spend some quality time with loved ones.
