Pirate Party Planning
Are ye planing a Pirate Party? Make sure ye's got the right map to set sail on the proper course. In fact a pirate map would make a great invitation. That's just the first tip in our Pirate party planning guide. Also, pass out pIrate eye patches for everyone, and some plastic swords. To make things interesting, order all yer party pirates, to speak like pirates. Have a treasure scavenger hunt to liven up the party. Get some party favors at your local store for the pirate's treasure! Remember a pirate loves to sing, so have your crew make up a song just for your ship.
Now next comes the hit game of your party. Create flags for your robbers of the sea. Once they have their flag, you can play "capture the flag". Form two teams and have each choose a flag. Split the field of play into different territories. Each team puts their flag somewhere, whether that place be obvious or hidden from the other teams sight. Then the two teams send out spies to find where the flag is hidden. The object of the game is to get the other teams flag, and bring it back. As long as a pirate is out of his own territory, he can be tagged. When tagged, the capturing team can choose to make that pirate a part of their team, or put him in "jail". Once a pirate is in jail, he can be freed by one of his team members tagging him. The game ends when one team has captured both flag.
