First, we must establish the known facts: there are kids coming to spend the night. As such, you will have to arrange snacks, activities, blankets, dinner, more snacks, and breakfast for everyone. You will also need to make sure you have enough dishes. Plastic plates, cups, utensils, and napkins are all strongly recommended for the occasion. Make certain to deal with bathroom time management, and have bathroom supplies in excess, you do not want to run out. Keep track of everyone as well, guests tend to disappear and reappear frequently.
You may wish to plan out what the kids will be doing, but they likely won’t want to follow your plans. Kids have a tendency to take care of that on their own, and don’t want grownups around. In addition, you may want a few decorations. Banners, streamers, confetti, and so on are all fun and can be themed for the specific party, but they'll also tend to get in the way if you leave them up too long. |
