Surprise Party Planning
Surprise Party Planning Guide
If you are looking to throw a surprise party for a friend or loved one, there are some things you need to consider before you can be successful.
1. Utilizing help from friends and family members is often times helpful. The fact is, you cannot do it alone. You will need some help planning items, keeping the surprised guest busy and directing them to the party at the very least. Tip: Make sure that you only tell those people that are reliable to keep a secret!
2. Keep all party gifts at another location. Do not run the risk of the person receiving the surprise party finding out what you are up to because they run across party items.
3. Be sure to invite everyone that is close to the person. It is important to make sure you plan the party around times where all important guests can attend. Having all close friends and family at the party will ensure success.
4. Be sure to have items of entertainment for guests that arrive early. You will want to keep guests entertained and busy while they are waiting. Being it is a surprise birthday, things can happen that are unexpected. Make sure your guests do not get bored and loose interest while waiting.
5. Finally, make sure that everyone knows their role in the surprise party planning as well as when the surprise guest walks through the door. You only get one shot at the surprise so make it count!
