Every little girl deserves a tea party of her own with homemade tea, sandwiches, muffins, cakes, and party decorations. Decorations for a tea party may be just as important as the tea itself so include a wide range of homemade party decorations such as welcoming banners. Welcoming banners for a tea party can easily be made from clip art images printed out in color or in black white and colored in later. Print the tea party images out on card stock and tie together using lace ribbon or string. While tea party colors can be a multitude of colors softer, lighter colors such as lavender, light greens, yellows, and blues are recommended. Tea cup clip art images can also be used to make a lovely tea party banner. Decorate each individual tea cup with painted on decorations such as flowers. Large tea cups will allow for lettering to be added as well. Once the tea cup images are printed and cut, cut out lettering from card stock and glue to the tea cups.
